Seller: Mg2plus Pty Ltd (“Mg2plus”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
ABN: 48 641 125 948
Effective date: 9 June 2026
1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms apply to the purchase of any Mineral Conversion Bundle (the “Bundle”) from Mg2plus as part of this promotion.
1.2 By purchasing a Bundle, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so we encourage you to read through them first. If anything isn’t clear, we’re always happy to help — just reach out to us at info@mg2plus.com.au before you buy.
1.3 These Terms work alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, and these Terms are intended to be read consistently with those rights.
2. Definitions
- Bundle — the “Mineral Conversion Bundle” you purchase, with contents that depend on your selected pool-volume tier (see clause 4).
- Magtivate — the magnesium-based pool mineral product formulated to aid in the conversion of a saltwater pool into a magnesium-rich mineral pool, supplied in full at the time of purchase.
- Minergenix — the maintenance mineral product, which you may take in full at purchase or partly defer to claim over time (see clauses 7–8).
- Free Gift — any promotional item (for example, a robotic pool cleaner) included with certain Bundles while stocks last (see clause 9).
- Certified Stockist (or Stockist) — a pool retailer or technician certified by Mg2plus to fulfil Bundle collection, carry out or oversee the initial pool conversion, provide water testing and support, and verify and hand over Minergenix claims. This includes the Certified Stockist assigned to your order — whether you select them at checkout or we identify one for you based on your location (see clause 6).
- My Bundle — your personal order page on the Mg2plus website, which tracks your order, the Certified Stockist where your Bundle was first claimed, your remaining Minergenix entitlement and your claim code.
- Claim Code — the rotating, one-time code shown on your My Bundle page, used by a Stockist to verify and release a Minergenix claim.
- Purchase Date — the date your order is paid in full and confirmed on the Mg2plus website.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To purchase a Bundle you must be:
- (a) a resident of Australia and aged 18 or over; and
- (b) purchasing for a residential or commercial pool you are entitled to treat.
4. What’s included in the Bundle
4.1 Each Bundle contains:
- (a) a startup allocation of Magtivate, supplied in full at purchase;
- (b) a total allocation of Minergenix, which you may take in full at purchase or partly defer for staged claiming (clauses 7–8); and
- (c) where the offer specifies, a Free Gift (clause 9).
4.2 Exact contents and quantities depend on your selected pool-volume tier (20,000 L – 60,000 L). The contents that apply to your purchase are those shown at checkout and confirmed on your My Bundle page.
5. Pricing and GST
5.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
5.2 Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before you purchase. The price that applies to you is the price confirmed at checkout for your order.
5.3 Bundles must be paid in full before any conversion, dispatch or collection.
6. Getting your Bundle: pickup or delivery
6.1 Your choice. When you order, you choose how to receive your Bundle: collect it from a Certified Stockist, or have it delivered to your nominated Australian address.
6.2 The value of collecting from a Certified Stockist. Collecting from a Certified Stockist gives you hands-on support — the initial pool conversion carried out or overseen by a certified dealer, plus water testing and setup help — so your conversion gets the best possible start. Delivery is also available if that suits you better.
6.3 Pickup locations. Our network of Certified Stockists is growing, so the list of pickup locations is dynamic. The Certified Stockists available to you are shown as pickup options at checkout.
6.4 If there’s no Certified Stockist near you. You can still order and choose delivery. After your order, we may also endeavour to identify and onboard a suitable local pool shop or technician based on your location. If we onboard one near you, we’ll let you know and ask whether you’d prefer to collect from them instead. This is a genuine commitment to try — it is an endeavour, not a guarantee that a Certified Stockist can be secured.
6.5 Delivery and timeframes. Where your Bundle is delivered, we’ll dispatch it to your nominated Australian address and provide setup and dosing guidance and remote support. Delivery, collection and any onboarding timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we’ll keep you informed and are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. Clause 13 still applies — you remain responsible for testing and balancing your water, and results vary. You can track your order, your Stockist and your claims on your My Bundle page.
6.6 Handover of the Free Gift. Where your Bundle includes a Free Gift, it is handed over at first fulfilment — at your first Stockist collection, or with your delivered order. If the Free Gift is temporarily unavailable at your Stockist when you collect, we will arrange to deliver it to your address at no additional cost.
6.7 Title and risk. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received full payment. Risk in the goods passes to you on collection from the Stockist, or on delivery to your nominated address, whichever applies.
7. Your Minergenix: upfront or deferred
7.1 At purchase, you choose how to receive your Minergenix:
- (a) Upfront — take your full Minergenix allocation at the time of purchase or collection; or
- (b) Deferred — take part of your allocation now and claim the remaining bags over time at your Certified Stockist as you need them for seasonal top-ups.
7.2 Deferral is offered purely as a convenience to you. If you choose to defer, it is your responsibility to claim your remaining bags before they expire. We recommend tracking your remaining balance and expiry date on your My Bundle page.
7.3 Claim window. Your deferred Minergenix has a claim window that depends on the Bundle you choose. Your claim window and its expiry date are shown on your My Bundle page.
7.4 After your claim window. As your claim window nears its end, we’ll send a final reminder to the email on your order so you can collect any remaining Minergenix in time. Once your claim window has passed, in-store claims at your Stockist will close — but you won’t lose your remaining bags. You can ask us to ship them to you instead, although reasonable shipping costs may apply. This does not affect your consumer rights.
8. How to make a Minergenix claim
8.1 To claim deferred Minergenix, visit your Certified Stockist and present the Claim Code shown on your My Bundle page.
8.2 The Stockist will verify the Claim Code before handing over any Minergenix bags. The code is one-time and rotating, so generate a fresh code at the time of your visit.
8.3 You are responsible for keeping access to your My Bundle account secure. We may decline a claim where the code cannot be verified, where the entitlement has already been drawn down, or where the claim window has expired.
9. The Free Gift (where applicable)
9.1 Where an offer includes a Free Gift, it is supplied as part of the Bundle and is tied to that purchase. It is not sold separately under the promotion.
9.2 The Free Gift is offered while stocks last. If a specified gift becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value, or withdraw the gift from offers not yet purchased.
9.3 The Free Gift has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products.
9.4 The Free Gift still comes with the consumer guarantees that apply by law (see clause 10). Any manufacturer warranty on the Free Gift is in addition to those rights.
10. Warranties and consumer guarantees
10.1 Your consumer rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
10.2 Manufacturer warranty on the Free Gift. Where a Free Gift carries a warranty from its manufacturer, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer on the manufacturer’s own terms, in addition to your consumer rights against us as supplier.
10.3 Registration. To obtain the full benefit of a manufacturer warranty, you may need to register the item directly with the manufacturer within the timeframe stated in the manufacturer’s documentation. Registration details (and any registration link) will be provided with the Free Gift.
10.4 Service pathway. For faster resolution, technical, mechanical or warranty claims relating to a manufactured Free Gift can usually be lodged directly with the manufacturer’s authorised service channels. Using that pathway does not limit your consumer rights against Mg2plus as supplier — you can still contact us.
11. Returns and refunds
11.1 Consumer guarantees are not affected. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) where a consumer guarantee is not met.
11.2 Change of mind. We don’t generally offer refunds for change of mind. As a courtesy, if you change your mind before any part of your Bundle has been claimed, collected or dispatched, you may cancel for a full refund. Once any Bundle item (including the Free Gift) has been claimed, collected or dispatched, change-of-mind refunds are no longer available. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 11.1).
11.3 Opened or dissolved minerals. For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of mineral products (Magtivate or Minergenix) once a bag has been opened or the product has been dissolved in pool water. This does not affect your consumer rights if the product itself fails a consumer guarantee.
11.4 Unclaimed Minergenix. If you do not claim your deferred Minergenix within your claim window, in-store claims at your Stockist will close, but you can ask us to ship your remaining bags to you (reasonable shipping costs may apply). Choosing not to claim does not entitle you to a cash refund or store credit in place of the product.
11.5 Stockists cannot process refunds. Certified Stockists are collection, conversion and claim-verification points only. They are not authorised to give refunds, accept returned product, or process credits on our behalf. Please direct all refund requests to Mg2plus at info@mg2plus.com.au.
11.6 Refunds where a consumer-guarantee remedy applies. Where you are entitled to, and we provide, a refund of the whole Bundle because a consumer guarantee was not met (for example, a major failure), you will be asked to return the Bundle items — including any Free Gift and any unopened mineral bags — so the purchase can be unwound. We will not reduce a refund you are entitled to under a consumer guarantee.
12. Certified Stockists and changes to the program
12.1 The list of Certified Stockists may change over time. We may add or remove Stockists, or change a Stockist’s role, without notice.
12.2 If your Certified Stockist leaves the program, closes or relocates while you still have deferred Minergenix claims, we will honour your remaining entitlement by either:
- (a) transferring your claims to an alternate Certified Stockist; or
- (b) delivering your remaining Minergenix balance to your address at no additional cost.
12.3 A change of Stockist does not extend or shorten your claim window (clause 7.3).
13. Product use, dosage and water chemistry
13.1 You are responsible for ensuring your pool water is tested and correctly balanced before adding any Mg2plus product, and for following all dosage and usage guidance we provide.
13.2 Results vary between pools depending on water condition, equipment, climate and maintenance. We do not guarantee a particular result. Having the initial conversion carried out or overseen by a Certified Stockist is recommended to help achieve a result that meets the expected standard.
13.3 To the extent permitted by law, Mg2plus and Certified Stockists are not responsible for undesired water effects (such as cloudiness, staining or scaling) or for chemical imbalances that arise from adding product to unbalanced, untested or incorrectly treated water, or from incorrect use, dosage or storage. We strongly recommend professional water testing and following the guidance supplied. This clause does not limit your consumer rights.
13.4 Pool chemistry and equipment compatibility vary. Where you are unsure, please seek testing and advice from your Stockist or contact Mg2plus before dosing.
14. Liability
14.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, and other than for liability that cannot be excluded:
- (a) our liability for failure to meet a consumer guarantee in respect of goods is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so; and
- (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage arising from use of products in a manner contrary to our guidance or applicable safety information.
15. Privacy
15.1 We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15.2 Sharing with your Certified Stockist. To set up your collection, conversion and claims, we share with your Certified Stockist only the information they need to fulfil your order and verify your claims (such as your name, contact details, order details, Bundle contents and claim status). Where you have no Certified Stockist nearby, we may use your location or delivery address to identify and onboard a suitable local Stockist for you. We do not authorise Stockists to use your information for their own marketing.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in effect on your Purchase Date, except where a later change is required by law or improves your rights.
16.2 The current version and its effective date will always be published on our website.
17. Governing law
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales (and courts that can hear appeals from them) have jurisdiction.
These Terms were last updated on the effective date shown at the top of this page.
