Shipping policy

Please note: The below shipping policy does not apply for Minergenix product as it is shipped via local truck delivery from our warehouse in Sydney. If we are unable to deliver the product to your nominated shipping address, our team will contact you to discuss alternate options or process refund accordingly. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: Currently we only ship orders within Australia. We are working with our partners to offer worldwide shipping. 

AUSTRALIAN STANDARD SHIPPING: We offer FREE Domestic shipping around Australia with all orders over $60. We use Australia Post Airmail, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. For orders less than $60, we charge a flat rate of $10 per order. 

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS SHIPPING: We charge a fee of $13 for all domestic express orders. We use Australia Post Airmail service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Express Shipping lead time is 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

COVID19: Due to COVID-19 and reduced airfreight capacity, shipping is taking a little longer than usual, however we are working hard to ensure you receive your packages as soon as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or Mg2plus will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Mg2plus via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
