Mineral Pool Conversion Bundle + FREE BWT Robot

A mineral pool replaces straight salt or chlorine with magnesium and ocean trace elements. The minerals soften the water for a gentler, more skin-friendly swim while your existing sanitiser system continues to keep bacteria in check — just as it did before. No pool draining and no new equipment required.

Add your Magtivate bags directly to the pool — one bag per 10,000 L of pool water. Let the pool circulate for 24–48 hours and your conversion is complete. We recommend having the initial conversion carried out or overseen by your Certified Stockist to make sure it’s done correctly and achieves the expected result. No draining, no specialist equipment, and no additional chemicals required.

Once your order is placed, we notify your nearest Certified Stockist and confirm your collection details with you. Visit your stockist at a time that suits you to pick up your Magtivate bags and BWT robot. Your stockist will verify your identity using the Claim Code shown on your My Bundle page, so have that ready when you arrive.

You can still order. After your purchase, we’ll work to identify and onboard a suitable local pool shop or technician near you — usually within about 2–3 weeks. This is a genuine commitment to try, not a guarantee. If we’re unable to secure a local stockist within approximately three weeks of your order, we’ll ship your full bundle directly to your nominated Australian address at no extra delivery cost, normally within 5 business days from that point. You can track the status of your order and your assigned stockist on your My Bundle page at any time.

Your BWT F1 SONIC PRO is handed over at your first stockist collection — at the same time as your Magtivate bags. If the robot happens to be temporarily unavailable at your stockist when you visit, we’ll arrange to deliver it to your address at no additional cost. If the direct-shipping fallback applies to your order, the robot is included with your shipped bundle.

Yes. At the time of your first collection, you can choose to take your full Minergenix allocation in one go rather than drawing it down over time. Just let your stockist know when you arrive and they’ll set it aside for you. If upfront collection isn’t practical on the day — for example, if you’re not able to transport all the bags — you can always arrange a follow-up visit to collect the remainder.

Log in to your My Bundle page with your order number and email. You’ll see a rotating Claim Code — show this to your Certified Stockist when you visit for a top-up. The code is one-time and refreshes automatically, so generate a fresh one at the time of your visit rather than saving a screenshot. Your stockist verifies the code before releasing each bag, and every collection is recorded in your claim history on the My Bundle page.

Your bundle includes 34 × 10 kg Minergenix bags — typically enough for up to three years at roughly one bag per month. Actual usage varies with pool size, climate, and how often the pool is used. Your stockist can run a quick water test and advise on the right dosage for your pool at each visit.

You have 36 months (3 years) from your purchase date to claim your full Minergenix allocation. Any bags not claimed by the end of that window are forfeited — no extension, cash refund, or store credit is provided for unclaimed product (subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law). We recommend keeping an eye on your remaining balance and claim history on your My Bundle page so nothing goes to waste.

Your My Bundle page is your personal order portal. Log in with your order number and the email used at checkout to see your assigned Certified Stockist, your Magtivate and Minergenix balances, your free gift status, your full collection history, and your rotating Claim Code for in-store collections. You can access it from any device — just bring the page up on your phone when you visit your stockist.

If your assigned stockist closes, relocates, or leaves the Mg2plus program while you still have deferred Minergenix to claim, we’ll honour your remaining entitlement. We’ll either transfer your claims to a nearby Certified Stockist, or deliver your remaining Minergenix balance to your address at no extra cost. Your 36-month claim window is not affected by a stockist change.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — you’re always entitled to a remedy where those guarantees aren’t met. For change-of-mind returns, we’re not required to accept returns of mineral products once a bag has been opened or dissolved in your pool. Where we do agree to a change-of-mind refund and you’ve already received the BWT robot, you’ll need to return it in its original, unused condition — or its value will be deducted from your refund.
